8. Course description-point to point, 2000 ft. elevation decline

9. Pasta Dinner-at Mt. Rushmore, $18, probably the most memorable pasta dinner in view of the 4 Presidents lit up at night!

10. Expo-new site, basically just picking up numbers & shirt

11. Support & spectators-few but enthusiastic

12. Water stations-every 2 miles thru 10, then every mile!

13. Organization--excellent

14. Porta Potties-more than enough

15. Food at finish line-great cookout, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, soda

16. Weather-typically 60

17. Metals-fair, could be bigger, had the 4 Presidents heads

18. Other races like Half, 10k or 5k-1/2 marathon, relays

19. Airport-Rapid City

20. Hotel-many, many hotels to choose from

21. Extra-beautiful course, picture taken for free as you cross the finish line, sent with results, nice touch. Nice picnic for runners. Can’t say enough about the beautiful course. Small, but wonderful race
